Crazy Moment When man Walked into Canal While on Phone -VIDEO

A Security cameras outside caught a man who was engrossed in his phone as he walked along the road before dropping into a canal. Luckily for him it wasn't a moving water.

A couple of passers-bye who witnessed the incident helped to pull him out of the canal.

This should be a warning to people about using phones while walking or near water
